Definition of Terms:
"We," "Us," "Our," and "Company" refers to our painting and decorating company.
"You" and "Client" refer to the individual or entity using our painting and decorating services.
Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services: We offer painting and decorating services for both commercial and residential properties. Our services may include but are not limited to, painting and decorating, Wallpapering, Limewash & Microciment, etc. The Client agrees to engage the Company to provide painting and decorating services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or quotation.
Service Availability: Our services are available to clients based in London and the surrounding areas. We may be able to offer services in other locations, subject to negotiation and additional fees.
Warranty and Guarantee: The Company warrants that the Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with industry standards. Any defects in workmanship will be rectified by the Company at no additional cost to the Client, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Client may cancel or reschedule the Services by providing written notice to the Company. Depending on the timing of the cancellation or rescheduling, the Client may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the proposal or quotation.
Scope of Work: The scope of work will be detailed in a written proposal or quotation provided by the Company. Any changes or modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Payment: Payment for our services is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to require a deposit prior to beginning work on the project. The travel cost will be deducted by each individual project. If payment is not received within 30 days of completion, a 5% late fee will be added to the total amount due. Any additional fees for editing or retouching services will be discussed with the client before the work is carried out.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled, you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total project cost. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will do our best to provide you with as much notice as possible.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration. The arbitration will take place in London, England, and will be conducted in English.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
